We stumbled across this place for breakfast and I would have to say its amazing. Great food awesome service. Everyone loved what they got. Already talking about when to go back.

Consistently great food and excellent service. Solid menu and great bar area. Located just off the town square in Jackson makes it easy to find. We lived in Jackson for 17 years, and The Bistro is still a favorite with our family when we visit. If you visit Jackson, put The Bistro on your list of restaurants to consider... I think you will be pleased.

We made reservations and were sat within 2 minutes of showing up. Our server was very nice in taking our orders. We started with the steak tartare and it was less than memorable. Didn't really get the salt taste from the fried capers, and the quail egg just kind of disappeared in the muck of steak. After looking at the photo on Instagram, we definitely didn't get the same presentation. My main was the grilled pork chop - The chop was dry and very hard to even cut. The only thing that made this edible was the bacon, onion, creamy mustard sauce, apple fennel salad it was arranged with. I wish I had ordered differently in the aftermath. High energy and noise is expected here as well.
