I have not had a home in 6 years, I cant say enough about management here and their gracious maintenance who let me in late at night after getting stuck in a major traffic jam. You guys are life savers on so many levels I am speechless, not many apartments operate like this and Im fully grateful for their help. Sherry needs a raise the many hats she wears and these are very nice apartments for a rent not many places offer to disabled, thank you so, so much.

Thought about putting a one star rating, but thought we would be a tad gracious. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. In the application it clearly states "Applicant(s) will be notified in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of the application as to the acceptance or denial of this application. If no unit is available at the time of acceptance, applicants name will be placed on the waiting list." We still have yet to receive an answer, and we sent the application on January 12, 2023. We know it was received as we got an email saying they received it. Not only this but we have continuously called and emailed to receive an update and all they could tell us was "we will know by tonight" or "we will let you know by this weekend" yet they have failed to inform us, and failed to uphold their end of the deal. Not to mention that quite often they arent even in the office during the times they say they are. It has been so frustrating to need an answer and we cant even get the chance to talk to someone let alone get ahold of anyone. It would not have been that big of an issue if we had simply gotten updates about our application status and a time frame of when we could expect an answer. The fact that we had to call and email every single time was ridiculous. Do not recommend.

Spacious, well maintained, 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom units! New management and maintenance are fantastic! 2, 3, & 4 bedroom units have attached garages! Great option for low income families!
