        Have had great experiences with IG over a few projects in 2023. They're not the cheapest contractor in town, but they do high quality work and get started quickly. Any time I've had issues or wanted them to tweak something they get right on it.

        We went to get a quote for cabinets on 12/14/23. We heard back on 02/04/24. Why would it take 8 weeks to get a simple quote? Horrible customer service.

      Hello Trisha,We apologize about any inconvenience you experienced as we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. I did not find your name under any recent cabinet estimates, but based on the time frame you provided this sounds like a laminate countertop estimate we were working on for a client. If you are the client for the laminate countertop estimate, we sincerely apologize again for the wait. We were equally frustrated with the delay we experienced from the manufacturer who was going through a complete system change at the time. This caused the processing for orders, and pricing requests to be delayed. Through no fault of our own. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, we always do our best to provide estimates in a timely manner for our clients.
