I am impressed by this practice up and down the chain, from the receptionist on up. They will do everything they can to meet your needs. I mentioned that I had a sensitive palate, and the resulting X rays were taken in a way that really helped me have a much better experience than I've ever had before. When it came time to settle up the bill I was right out the door. Granted, I am double covered but the girl that was up front was just bright and pleasant and told me they'd bill my insurance. Doc himself is very personable. I actually don't require the level of personal service he gives, but it's refreshing. He's a small town dentist through and through. He's very sincere and that's hard to find these days. I never thought I'd have a conversation about current USMC operational Doctrine with staff at the dentist's office, but that happened and it was a fun little chat. Bottom line this is a great practice. You can see the people that work there enjoy working there. They are pleasant, professional and are just chatty enough to set you at ease without being annoying. I would highly recommend this practice without hesitation. This is now my official teeth fixin' place. The whole team are superstars.

Very friendly caring staff, they go above and beyond to help you. I have had serious sinus infections all my life, my sinuses were down inside my gums pushing on my teeth for 3 weeks and was so painful, Dr Engstrom suggested maybe I should get my wisdom teeth out and it has helped me so much. Definitely recommend

By far the best dentist I've ever seen, when my old dentist retired I was worried I wouldn't find one that was like him. Got some fillings today and I didn't even feel a single amount of pain while I was getting administered the numbing agent. Quick and easy in and out fixed 2 teeth within 30 minutes Highly recommend!

You in Rawlins should be very thankful for a Dentist and STAFF who listen to their patients and render aide when there is a tooth going bad. In Casper there is no such thing...I would love to be in Rawlins for this dentist!!
