Wyoming Highway Patrol Division H Rawlins

Wonderful highway patrolman and do a great job keeping us safe. Yes I-80 closes a lot, but it's for safety reasons and also is not the decision of the highway patrol staff. Just because the part of the road you can see is clear, does not mean 30 miles down it's still clear or safe to drive on. Once, when the road was clear and we urgently needed to reach the hospital for our son, we were assisted and directed by the highway patrol to reach our destination safely. The highway patrol is way too busy to answer idle questions about why the road is closed, as they're trying to spend their time helping to clear the roads and helping people in actual need of their services.

Patrolman Martinez has a serious problem with his attitude. If your going through Rawlins, avoid him at all cost. Every time I've dealt with him on road closures, he's been an absolute jerk. Thank you to everyone else on the squad for all you do

No snow no wind and they shut 80 down in Rollins just came from Casper and the roads were open till I got here leave it to these out standing officers to close a road that's barely got any snow on it thanks Wyoming for the disrespect you show truck drivers

Worst public service from the any police force in over 80 countries. Rude beyond reason when asked why is the road closed. All they do is yell at you and say to "turn around and get out of here" Great way to treat a Veteran. Respectful, "De Oppresso Liber"
