        The kid that helped us today was very nice and polite. We had ordered online, had the order number and everything. The NASTY female at the front as we were walking out demand to see our receipt, and accused us of stealing our things that we had paid for! I understand that you need to check, but she was condescending and so rude that we will NEVER, EVER set foot in this store again! The nice guy that helped us even came up and asked her what she was doing, and she repeated that she was making sure that we had a receipt and wasn't just walking out without paying. I have NEVER stolen anything in my life!! Called and spoke with the store manager and all he said was that he will talk to her. Really? Nothing about an apology or any kind of customer service. I have been a manager for 22 years, and NEVER treated ANYONE with such disrespect!!!!!! We will tell everyone to drive to Billings for any contractors or DIY people!
