        It started out kind of uncomfortable to walk on, but as time went on and the sun hit the product more and more, my kids totally avoided the playground all together. It was also extremely hot in the sun. It was a large investment to get it here and a large investment to replace it. Would not recommend unless only using with shoes.

      Jelly Bean Rubber Mulch is intended to be installed in commercial playgrounds where kids wear shoes. It states in the product documentation that shoes are recommended.
