The delivery driver won't deliver mail if there's a car in the way. Fine, whatever. I haven't been parked in front of my mail box and they still won't deliver 🙄

My husband and I lived with our inlaws for a short time before moving to a different town. We put in our address change as a family of three and the system picked up everybody in the house amd moved everyone's mail to our new location. We were able to sort this out originally by cancelling the change of address and filing as individuals in our new town. However, we are still getting our in laws mail delivered to us. My father in law has gone in and spoke with the people in the thermopolis office multiple times and filled out multiple pieces of paper, yet seven months later we are still getting mail for them semiregularly. Someone is not making the effort to do the job right. Our new town cannot do anything about it either. Hooray for poor service.

They do a great job. There is a ramp on the east side of the building for week chair and handy caps to get in the building. Clerks are very helpful for me. I go here to mail packages and get stamps there a drive Thur mail box on the west side or 5th Street. For stamped or Metered mail M-f 5 pm pick up Saturday 3pm pick up. Where a small town I have mail delivery to my house.

This is the best Post Office! We may be a small town, but we have a great post office. As a handicapped person, I appreciate the ramp up to the East door of this facility; easy on my knees. It offers scenic views. Staff is attentive, helpful, by the book. Fabulous!
