Without going into a lot of needless details lets just say that a company that administers a COVID test then charges for a nurses visit and refuses to correct the billing so insurance will pay for the test, probably needs to be looked at by an investigator from the Wyoming State Department of Insurance.

My son, 19, had an appointment. I waited for him in the nearly empty parking lot. There were no patients waiting except my son. The staff was in the back of the office, walked by the waiting room, glanced at my son yet ignored him. His appointment was scheduled for 4:00 and he arrived at 3:45. They said be 10 minutes early and we were 15 minutes early to be on the safe side. It did not help. Those who work there stayed in the back and were talking about my son. Really? How unprofessional can you get? Take the hour drive to Cheyenne or Douglas because this place just keeps getting worse!
