Shopping center with huge mural on the west facade overlooking the Chicago River. The 40-story mural is a kind of map where you can see the drawing of the river, the blocks and the location of the building in red. Genius.

For being in the big city it is a really nice view. Must visit downtown Chicago at least once if you haven't. You won't regret it.

This is the office building where I work. As far as office buildings go, I guess it's a pretty good one. Building management gives us treats once in a while, sometimes a full lunch. And they are quick to respond to maintenance requests. They also keep us informed on emergency procedures and stuff like that. Security is always visible and friendly. The elevators add to security in that you can only go to floors you've been cleared for.
There is a little coffee shop that, far as I know, is open to the public. It's part of the lounge where you can sit and take a break. They pipe in decent music there too.
