The positive is that it is near the ferry but the staff that I encountered was a bit rude and unhelpful. My questions (like directions and things to do) were met with short non-answers so I just walked out with a few pamphlets and enjoyed the rest of my day. She must have had a bad day because in my experience, most people at these places are warm , welcoming and helpful.
