In our current state of customer service in various industries, I am finding Customer Service lacking in courtesy, job knowledge, and just plain old respect for the job. I am PROUD and overwhelmed to have finally come across an individual who holds strongly to the Customer Service Values (Timothy Moore) with the National Notary Association. He was not only respectful, patient, and considerate of my situation, but he also explained in detail the root cause. After this, he assisted in fixing the issue and also followed up with an email. He explained very clearly what to expect next and assured me that he would be tracking the order until complete.
