        Couldn't rate their skills because they didn't even get my daughter scheduled correctly and we didn't know until we arrived weeks later that she was removed from the schedule. A simple highlight. She was crushed. She has obligations and this was a oart of those obligations. They said they tried calling her, couldn't reach her after a single call so they did nothing else to reach her. I seriously doubt they even called but if so, there's text message as well. You can actually call someone more than once. Mind-blowing right!? For the price they charge, there's absolutely no excuse they couldn't reach her to reschedule or confirm the appointment. I deal with half million dollar jobsite contracts. One of my guys messes up a schedule like this, they're fired. Period. And the lady recommended Jcpenny! I'm sure they're good in their price range but there's a reason this place charges almost 100 dollars more than jcpenny. Great customer service and quality work comes at a cost. This place does not provide what they're charging for

      We do want to apologize and know how crushing it can be. Our computer program glitched that day right after your appointment was made losing info and appointment. The number that was attached to her account answered and told us they didn’t make an appointment. So We did try to call and text all numbers that called that day to make sure. We even called those numbers we cross checked that belonged to other clients to make sure. Any numbers not attached to other clients we called a couple times times And left voicemails a long with text messages. The number that was attached to her account answered and told us they didn’t make an appointment. We gave it time to make sure and kept reaching out to all the numbers that weren’t associated with other clients accounts. Without any response back from any one and the one that was as associated with her appointment said they didn’t make it. We made the decision to open that stylist book since it was marked out for 3 hours. But didn’t do so until we gave it time for someone to respond so we could get it booked correctly.Again we do apologize as technology isn’t always our friend and can screw things up. Do to the inconvience and disappointment we want to give you a $100 gift card towards any services with us and hopes to make this up to you and give us another chance. As we don’t have the correct phone number for you please call and or stop by and Ask for Lindsay.
