Until yesterday I would have given this practice 5 stars. Understanding staffing issues of late and that people have personal lives, we have experienced several rescheduled appts. and inability to get pets established or seen on an emergent basis this year. Yesterday, my dog was very ill I was told and would likely require emergent care. She was scheduled to be spayed last week, but that had been rescheduled to next week by the office. My early morning call was not returned after being told of the urgency after describing her symptoms. I called 3 times total, the last time 15 minutes before they closed. I had finally realized that I was not going to be called back even after having been assured on the second call that the vet would be consulted and a that I would then receive a return call. At 6:50pm I was told that I would need to take my pet to another provider period and again told that it was an emergency. No exam, no xrays to confirm the diagnosis. This was an established pet with a medical emergency. We went elsewhere and received excellent care all for the price that I had already paid in prep work and medicine to get her established and ready for spay. So, although the Vet is a superb human as are the staff I know, I would not recommend this practice as they cannot be relied upon. What happened to my dog yesterday was nothing short of neglect.

Professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Shadduck and her crew are very caring and communicative and obviously love their work!
