DO NOT MOVE HERE. You'll want to leave immediately. Once your lease ends, expect unnecessary charges to your account. Even if you pay in full all of your balances, they will take your security deposit and add charges on top of that. These charges are "utilities" charges even if you already paid all of your utilities during your lease. It's not worth it. I've never dealt with ridiculous and unnecessary charges anywhere I've ever lived. These people just want to squeeze everything out of you because the base rent is cheap and they need to make money any way they can. Don't listen to anything they say. They are liars and thieves. The more I deal with this the more it feels like a scam. Kristi Keyser will want your bank account information and your debit card info emailed or told by phone to her. Don't fall for this scam. If you have any common sense, don't live here. Terrible experience. 0 Stars.

They are charging me $2000 for stuff that should have been taken care of b4 I moved in. The water machine would clog up and it would overflow in the master bedroom. The carpet was not new and they want us to replace it. Don't move in!! You have to share A/C and heating with the whole apartment complex. Don't move in.

Don't walk away from this apartment complex run. In February the office personal and staff are a hot funky mess as well as thieves. My friend who lives there came back from work and his apartment had been robbed. They stole his jewelry including a Rolex watch, LV luggage, designer clothes and shoes. He had put in a request for service that week and some of their staff went in and stole from him. He did a police report and notified the office. The property has cameras but they did not help him. They were probably in on it. They are horrible!! They will comment but will not do not anything

They turn the AC off for winter time , when we all know how Houston is , we barely get temperatures under the 30s . this a huge for this place! Sorry I had to say it

This apartment is trash, 2 power outages within 4 months, the maintenance sucks my sink been leaking since June and no one came to fix it or even check on it, they was suppose to do inspections and only checked the empty apartments. Such a rip off literally I wouldnt recommend anyone living here.
