First off they charge you for posting an early deposit. Never had a bank charge me for me to get my money two days earlier, not even Walmart money card charges to get your deposits posted early. Second, they put a ten day hold on a $1000 check with no warning whatsoever. I would have definitely taken my check somewhere else to cash!! Closing my accounts and moving on!!!
Yeah, no thank you!!
You put a hold on $1,036 dollar check then charge my account $35 for NCF LOL
Walmart money card treats their customers waaay better than this!! Ill go back to them!

BlueOx has been amazing for my family. They refi'd Mt car at a much better rate, when my husband asked for an auto loan and explained we are trying to build his credit for a home purchase he was approved for an auto as well as a credit card that we hadn't even asked for to help with credit building! The fraud dept is very much on top of suspicious card activity and work very quickly to dispute and shut down unauthorized charges. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ally is one of my favorites! Always so patient and kind, explains things very well, and stays professional at all times! We are very pleased with BlueOx and highly recommend them!

Unfortunately they don't do well with returning phone calls. In the year that I've been a member I've called three times. Today makes four calls for different services and products and was told someone would contact me. I've never received a call back and I've had to call back myself to check the status of my request.
