I have been going to Burtons Classic for over a year now and am extremely happy with my lady Natalya. She does a excellent job and is always happy. I always leave extremely happy with my hair! I get compliments everywhere I go! I will continue to go to Natalya!

So I received a $150 gift certificate for a Christmas present for this salon. I recently made an appointment for a TRIM several days before the appointment. Nobody reminded me of the appointment because they put the wrong phone number into their system. I also had a very bad case of strep throat. I couldnt even talk. So I missed the appointment. They decided to subtract $60 from my gift card in their system. Who charges $60 for a trim for one thing? And you just use a large amount of my gift card because I used up 15 minutes of some hairdressers time?? So ridiculous!! You just lost business doing that.

I just love Burtons. I always love the time and attention they give to my hair needs and always leave loving it. I saw Daisy yesterday and she did an amazing job with my hair when I was trying something new. There's a reason they're so popular! Everyone I've seen here does an amazing job.

Angela was awesome! Love my haircut and style. Great hair products are available as well. The Salon was extremely busy (and this on Thursday); however, everyone was cheerful and helpful!
