Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Our generator is only three years old, but has needed three modules replaced. Last year the first one went out and was replaced at no charge to us by Rich A from Automated Living Solutions, as it was covered under our warranty with Canter Power Solutions. Early this year, two more needed to be replaced, yet when Rich did the exact same thing he had done a few months prior for the first module) he let us know there was a $660 bill and that it was not covered under warranty. We were confused, but giving him the benefit of the doubt, paid the bill. (We had the contract transferred to our names upon the purchase of our home about a year ago, and so are not particularly familiar with it having not been the ones that signed it.) Rich asked that the check be made out to his name rather than his business which also made me uncomfortable.We reached out to Canter for clarification on why this was not covered, and received multiple emails from Shelley Taylor (see a couple attached) letting us know that the charge was in error, the parts and labor were covered under warranty, and instructing Rich, the contractor, to refund the cost to us. (Interesting to note that the one positive review for this business is from Rich himself.)Long story short, they are now refusing to pay saying that it actually isn't covered by warranty. It has been over a month and I am still fighting with upper management at Canter to try and come to a resolution. I am beyond shocked at the experience I have had and would never ever recommend Automated Living Solutions.

On a personal recommendation, I contacted Richard for a time/price quote on a small electrical job.  He was professional, responsive and asked for photos of the current setup to give an accurate price.  He confirmed that the job would take no more than an hour and that a service call includes an hour of work and set up a mutually convenient appointment for the very next morning.  The project took under an hour, as predicted, and he sent me before and after images for the project so I had records.  Recommend and would use again.

Great place to work. Awesome co-workers and work environment. If your looking for the best only trust the best and automated living solutions is the best friendly professional and respected by many.
