Bronswood Cemetery

I would like to commend, Gina Martin, an employee at Bronswood Cemetery in Oak Brook, Illinois for the exceptional service which she provided to me yesterday. Seven years ago I pre-planned funeral arrangements for myself and another family member. Unfortunately this facility has experienced a high turn-over rate and each year I dealt with a new employee who never completed the procedure of submitting the necessary paperwork to complete the process- very frustrating. Our paperwork was only kept in the file with promises to complete the task. Fortunately after meeting with Gina Martin I know that the correct tasks have now been completed to accomplish the task. Thank you, Gina!

Horrible horrible customer service! Paid $190 in May for planters and flowers for my husband's and mom's grave. They were never put out, called several times, then was promised they would be put out in the fall winter instead. That did not happen either. Have called and contacted them over 20 times asking for a refund, was told manager would reach out and they never did. Still waiting for a response. $190 may not be a lot but how many other people are they taking advantage of? And this is a cemetary, where people who associate with them are dealing with loss of loved ones. Terrible!

This is such a beautifully landscaped Cemetary.  Jim Abraham recently helped guide me through the cremation and burial of my father.  He was patient and kind, and led me through the process.  Jim was always available for questions day and night.  He gave me comfort during this time of need.

I am not good at these and computers but here it goes. I just wanted to write this about them. My sister passed last month and we had the service at Bronswood. I Meet George, who was our counselor. He really stood out to me and made a strong impression with me and my family Kind funny(our family needed a laugh) and professional! All in all thank you George! Your a special a to my family! Beautiful property, which is maintained very well.  We worked with Jim who helped coordinate the entire process - couldn't have been more pleased with his help and guidance. What could have been a very uncomfortable experience was much better than expected.
