She took the time to explain the whole process to me, making sure I was comfortable with every detail in regard to hair color. Mari exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend her. Best hair salon hands down! Positive and relaxing atmosphere. I have 3 little ones so when I go get my hair done with Marisol, I leave feeling relaxed and of course super happy and excited with the results. Cant wait for my next appointment.

Mari is incredible. No one compares. I literally come in from out of the country to have her color my hair every time I need a touch-up. 5 stars doesnt even begin to cut it. Every time I see her, she asks me what I want to do. My response is always the same. I trust you- so just do the thing you do. I have never once been disappointed.

Marisol is a true artist. My color & cut are gorgeous. I could not be happier with my vibrant purple graduated bob cut. She is professional, passionate & so knowledgeable its an absolute pleasure to sit in her chair.

I just recently moved to San Diego from the Bay Area and I wanted to find a stylist who was warm, welcoming, and good at what they do. Mari fit all of those things and more! Mari is unlike any hair stylist I have ever experienced before (in the best of ways). When you set up your first appointment with her, she will be upfront about the time it takes for her to do your hair; she is non-traditional! Do not expect to be in and out in 30 minutes. You are not "just another" client to her. She puts so much time and effort on your hair and you will feel like royalty when you're in her chair. She listens so carefully to your hair goals and wants to make sure you love your hair when you leave. She is also so wise, and you will feel like you have been friends with her for years! I took a risk with her and went much shorter than I usually do, but she made me feel awesome and confident doing so. My hair has felt so healthy and happy ever since. It's been about 9 or so weeks since she cut my hair, and it is *just* starting to get to the awkward phase. Luckily I have an appointment in a few weeks and I cannot wait.
