Tom at Car Tunes is the most honest, trustworthy mechanic we know. I cannot say enough how highly I recommend him. I have an older van that I am trying to get to 200000 miles. Tom has done repairs from a tune up so we were able to get to Tennessee and back with no problems to replacing a bad windshield wiper motor and fixing a window that wouldn't move. As a woman. I appreciate not being talked down to. Tom knows I have some repair knowledge and speaks to me with respect.

Been going here for years but recently my cars leave with more problems. Most recently went in because my breaks were squealing. Nothing was done about the breaks and he ended up putting pretty much put in a whole new front end suspension and a serpentine belt. My car wouldnt start a day after getting it and it was making a loud sound from the engine, was told I needed a new battery when my car never had problems starting before. The sound which he ignored was because the serpentine belt was put off not only incorrectly but also only half way on the track. My suspension started to go bad again less then a year later. Took the car to a new shop where they told me some of the bolts were completely missing the nuts holding them in place. Was also told by the new shop that I needed an alignment and one shouldve been done after everything was replaced. I dont know much about cars but The alignment wasnt done by Tom and he didnt inform me I needed one, now I have to pay to get the work done all over again when all I really needed to begin with was break and rotors Service: General repairs & maintenance
