Very fast. Great customer service. Decent price. Whereas other shops couldn't get me in for weeks, I was able to get my smog done here the same day I called.

Its unfortunate I had a bad experience, considering so many people write positive reviews about the place. The front desk lady misquoted me, which I’m willing to accept could be a small mistake, not the business itself scamming me. The people who write up the quote for the prices weren’t sure what tax they were charging though, which is weird to me. I see this as a red flag. I always like to double check when spending large purchases what is all included. They had an issue with me asking so many questions, which is also weird to me. They seemed very nervous I was asking a breakdown of cost. I dropped off my vehicle at approximately 8:30 a.m. they hadn’t even started working on my car, when they called at 1ish to go over this pricing to see if I accepted the price offer for front and back brakes. I asked too many questions so he didn’t feel comfortable working on my car. Weird. Now he wasted half my day, and I’m upset. The owners a loser. Nice try over charging my family. FYI after this I went to Clydes red carpet downtown and spent less than 400$ for front and back brakes (this included tax). Spent less than 2 hours, was the nicest most professional man. I was going to be charged over 700$ for front and back by rude unprofessional staff and owner with zero respect or appreciation for customers. Bye. Service: Brakes
