We have used them twice now. Once for a small remnant piece and now for a much larger kitchen. I have been very pleased with the level of communication, the quality of the workmanship, and their pricing. All the crews that we have dealt with have been polite and friendly. Our sales person Eric was quick to respond, to provide updates, photos, revisions, basically he made the process very, very easy.

I see many wonderful reviews about this company here, and would have agreed with up until recently. Beware of this business! We have used this business twice, once for new construction on our lake house, and the second time was a remodel on our primary residence. The first time went off without a hitch, but for the remodel of our bathrooms, kitchen, and island in our primary residence was a whole different story. I had to take them to small claims court, and agreed to accept a settlement for an issue that they should have taken care of immediately. They broke a large mirror in one of our bathrooms, and refused to pay for it. Consequently, and good for us they failed to have us sign a release of liability document (for lack of a better term) that may have exempted them from liability. Evidently, they have had enough of these type issues to have come up with such a document. Keep in mind I have not seen the entire document just the potion they provided as evidence. After reading the portion of the document they were thinking about using as evidence, they could get away with just about any type of damage to your property and not be held liable. Furthermore, they have several stipulations in that document if not carefully adhered to by the property owner is designed to prevent them from performing the work you think you are going to get and cause an additional charge to the customer. So, once again be very careful about using this business. If you are doing a remodel, read their entire release of liability document before signing. Just before we accepted the settlement we were told, "I have never been sued before". I find that extremely difficult to believe, and from my observation most likely would have been, if not for that release of liability document. Beware of this company! It never was about the money; it cost me more to be there, but hopefully this will prevent other good folks from being burned by this business, as the damage could very well have been more extensive and costly.
