        You better check your own meter daily for leaks. They will notice you have a leak and not warn you I guess in an effort to rack up more charges. They admitted they noticed we had to have a leak more than 2 weeks before the bill came in. No call, no notice on the door like most water companies, no nothing. Then once you owe hundreds of dollars and see it on your bill they tell you it's your fault even though the meter could not even be turned off because it was so old and stuck. They don't care if you have kids and are working your butt off to pay what you already have to. If you don't pay the late charges and sky high bill, they will just shut you off without a care in the world. With a $400 water bill and $600 in waterline repairs... We are leaving Addison because of this.
