Mountain Air Trampoline Park

The staff of the facility made me give this jump park a one star rating. They were extremely unprofessional by standing right in front of us and not acknowledging us when signing in to jump. The music playing was so inappropriate with sexual content so much profanity that i was embarrassed for my 3 year old and 5 year old children. The staff seemed to only care about their time with their friends. Along with jumping to their own leisure and disregarding any children around them. Definitely will not come back here. Not a good experience at all.

Young kids work there who invite their friends there to hang out, the employees reserve the trampolines while their buddies run off to check their phone or use restrooms, preventing other kids from jumping. One of the employees working there on 04/03/22 called my family member names, huddling in his group of friends and provoking my family member to get ulgy with them and then threatens to call the cops on my family member. As my family member was leaving the facility with my four kids the employees and their buddies went outside and flipped my family off!! Waste of money and definitely not a place to go to with kids when your seeking to have a good time.
