Rachel was a God send. We were out of town clients, had no idea what we were doing. She took us to see multiple condo by FaceTime. She was kind, sweet and patient. She helped us get our offer, helped us with the inspector and with getting estimates on getting things fixed. We would not have been able to get it done in such a quick manner had it not been for Rachel! We highly recommend her!

Our agent was Kate Landreth Petty and she was fantastic. She was always quick to communicate with us. She advised us on the whole process and she really seemed to care about us getting the house we needed. We had tried some other realtors before but they all made us feel like they were very busy and our deal was not that important. Kate made us feel as if we were her most important clients even though we were not buying an expensive house.
