        Had been corresponding with someone for a month and received several confirmation emails that my donations would be picked up on a specific day and time. No one shows up nor answers any of my six phone calls.

        They picked up my donations today as scheduled and went above and beyond-these men did more than I would have ever expected. Excellent experience! I hope the donations benefit someone.

        Over the years, I had good experience with UVA. But, recently Whenever I called them to schedule a donation it was mostly going to voice messages. They are not prompt nowdays to call back the voice messages as they used to be. Moreover, after several attempt they schedule my donation pick up, but messed up with my address. Again reschedule it, and didn’t show up. Next day suddenly a man showed up to pick up my donation stated that they broke up last day. When I asked for receipt he denied saying they will email it later. That I suppose not going to happen. Overall, it was a very weird and uncomfortable experience I had recently.
