I was referred to Simms and Associates by my sister-in-law after I was involved in a car accident in August 2029. Derek handled my case very well and he took the time to explain everything that was going on and made sure I understood everything.This was my first time ever having to get a lawyer so I had a lot of questions, Derek answered every single one of them. The office staff was also so helpful anytime I had to call to check in on anything. Everyone I interacted with was always professional.
