      image Delivered arrangement 2 days late and I was not contacted once with an update. Once they were finally delivered, it was the incorrect arrangement and missing flowers. Customer service was not helpful and not friendly. Will not be using again and would not recommend.

      image I visited website and selected and placed an order for flowers to be delivered on 6/26/23. I observed the proper timeframe to have same day delivery, but flowers were NOT delivered on the same day (visitation at funeral home). Instead they were delivered on 6/27/23 instead. I am not pleased. I tried to call the florist, but their phone message says the voice mail box is full and not accepting more calls. There is no other way to reach them except by in-person visit, which will be what I do next.
