Ordered flowers to be delivered for Valentine's Day. They "got backed up" and called the recipient (not me) who agreed they could be delivered today, the day after Valentine's Day. As of 1:48pm today the flowers still had not been delivered to the office. I called to just cancel the order at this point, and while the gentleman did cancel the order, there was absolutely no apology offered. I will use someone else in the future.

I called to order flowers a week a head and my wife did not receive her flowers on Valentine's Day. She was very upset and I had to tell her about the surprise that did not happen. I told the man on the phone that she got off around around 4:00 and they would be delivered between 1:00 and 3:00. This is a true review about sprouts if you buy something from this company you are wasting your time. All the good reviews about this place were either paid or friends of the people that own the store. It is unacceptable to make someone's wife cry on Valentine's Day. I have spent $80 for absolutely nothing. They had my phone number my email address and my wife's phone number and I still did not receive a call. Once again do not buy flowers from this florist. #WorstFloristEver.
