My daughter is buying her first house and we put an offer in on a house she fell in love with immediately. Once the offer was accepted we had a very short window to get things done because we were trying to close in 4 weeks. I called Shawn at Plus One Inspections and explained our time dilemma and he was at the house the next day performing the inspection. When he was done he called us and we met him at the house and he explained everything in great detail to us that was going to be in his report. He was very thorough and easy to understand. That same night the 82 page report came to us and we were able to review it and see all the great pictures he was able to take. He clearly marked anything in the picture we needed to be aware of. He uses a drone to take pictures from above the house which is fantastic when you are looking at the condition of the roof. I haven’t seen any other inspectors do that. Shawn was great to work with and did an amazing job helping us feel comfortable with the house she is buying. I would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a new home. He will do a very thorough inspection and explain everything in easy to understand terms. Excellent experience all the way around.

Shawn made himself available to do a home inspection in Anniston for a home we had a contingent offer on. He did a very thorough, professional inspection and took the time to review his findings with us. He found water in the crawlspace and we were able to negotiate complete payment to repair by the seller. Highly recommend his service and as a real estate agent I will refer future clients to Plus One Inspections.
