      image I had a very pleasant experience recently working with Ty who was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Ty is a great fit for this office because he is very patient and listens to your inquiries as well as concerns and he is very good with digging deeper and also following up with answers as well as solutions. On the front end, he told me exactly what he was planning to follow up about and when and he kept his word which is truly such a breath of fresh air and shows exemplary customer service. This goes such a long way and I commend this office with adding Ty to their staff.
