Went for a birthday party on a Monday. Place was very empty, which was great, but the pressure the staff applied to extend time was crazy. We were asked 4 times by 3 different people to extend our play time just shortly after we started. Ultimately I asked why we couldn't decide when time was near the end and they said no, so when time was up we had to move bays to one of the other 50 empty bays. It was ridiculous. The Bham staff is locally pretty well known for their rudeness. To add insult to injury, our food came out cold. Spent more than $400 and was not treated well at all. Despite the convenience I don't think I can stomach another visit.
