Daniel helped me with the purchase of my new roof. He was very knowledgeable of the available roofing products and insurance claims. He helped me through the entire process and even checked in during the installation to check the progress and confirm the details we discussed with the installer. He was mindful of my budget and was able to offer a range of suggestions. I am very happy with the work done. The roof looks great and we ordered a special order color. We had to have a second visit due to damage by another contractor and Cardinal was quick to resolve the issue. Also, they did an excellent job cleaning up after the job. They used a magnet around the house to clean up the old roofing nails... twice.

Great customer service and quality roofing. John was my point of contact throughout and was always quick to respond and address any questions or concerns I had. Even after the roof was on, John followed up to make sure everything went smoothly and sent a crew out to address a few areas. Cardinal saved me money, came out within a week to install my new roof, stayed in constant contact, and made sure I was satisfied with the end result before calling it finished.
