Excellent from start to finish. Jason and his team go above and beyond. Here is my story: we discovered a rat had nested in our AC ducts. I found and destroyed the nest and poisoned the rat matriarch but she, in a final act of spite, chose to expire inside our air duct system. The stench evolved over the course of days to become unbearable. I called AdvantaClean and Jason had a crew there the next day. They cleaned all my ducts and purged my system, and I watched the whole process and was pleased with their effort. However, the smell remained and I called Jason, who came himself the same day and determined that the carcass was stuck somewhere deep in the system. So he went into the crawlspace himself and quickly located the rotting rodent corpse. He removed and replaced that entire portion of ductwork. The house now smells crisp and clean, and our AC runs perfectly. Professional team and owner. They won't just "go through the motions" but will actively strive to solve the specific problem. Jason and his team are FANTASTIC. After reading great reviews on them, I called and they were able to perform the visit the week of the call. They were professional, on time, went above and beyond to meet needs/answer questions and left our home much better than when they came. So impressed with the communication, the swiftness and the job completion ! Doesn’t seem right to be so excited about getting your air ducts cleaned but The crew at AdvantaClean of Birmingham did a really thorough job ensuring my indoor air quality will be much improved!! Dust , pet hair and lots of peeps in the house, tends to build up and what we breathe is important. . The team introduced themselves and got right to work. They are using nontoxic materials to further make me feel safe.
