I have had a difficult time being able to talk to anyone one on the phone. My appointment was canceled but no offer to reschedule at the time it was canceled. When I tried rescheduling again I had to wait a month to see the doctor. I am very disappointed.

I love Dr Read & all her staff from the first visit they were so amazing an kind an really supportive an understanding I’ve never had a bad experience with her or her nurse an staff they are all truly amazing

Both previous dr and nurse gone. Current dr i find untrustworthy. doctor and nurse practitioner are professional ams thoroughl while showing care and compassion. The staff is helpful and supportive.

To be completely honest every since they started with the new Doctor it has been a great experience. Her name is Dr. Read and we love her!

You can’t call and make an appointment without physically going to the office to pick up a new patient packet. The website has “new patient packet” listed, but I was told it wasn’t up to date. You would think it could be emailed. Not everyone has the time or opportunity to take off work, just to pick up paperwork. After seeing the AD on FB a million times I figured I needed a physician, I’ll see about going to this Dr. The receptionist did not try to send me anything, take off work, or you won’t get an appointment here! She just wanted off the phone..
