my girlfriend i traveled to foley to do some shopping today.our experience was so much better.this store was alot cleaner,the employee's were much friendlier.i noticed a new manager he was very polite.we will come back the food was very good.keep up the good work.

The worst ever!!!! Waited in line forever. Four cars came and gone in drive thru before we was ever waited on. Had to get cashier to even speak to us. Was not greeted and was asked to bring tray back because they only had two trays. Seriously!!! Will not go back!!!!

I went to get 2 meals. Waited in line forever. One order was for the new 1/2 chicken with the bbq rub. it was the size of a 1/2 game hen. The sides are very small. i ordered 3 spicey tenders. the tender sizes were pieces, not tenders and they were regular not spicy. And to top it all the guy at the window dropped his till and in his frustration slammed the to go window in a guest face. Very unprofessional! Everyone just stopped what they were doing. I ordered 2 differant sides and received 2 mashed potatos. They were not busy!!! They need a differant group of employees and the franchise owner needs to give them a surprise trip! We live here and always heard how bad they were. Now we believe them. We have always been KFC customers and we will remain a KFC customer.
