Sakura Asian Bistro

I ordered from this place Friday of last week. I had surgery on my knee so I cant drive a lot. I ordered my food for Saturday during the game. I do not eat meat,or eggs. I ordered the Thai Pineapple meal with extra tofu, no eggs. I get ready to sit down and eat, and not only was it full of EGGS the meal comes with cashews in which there were non. I've been calling them since Saturday four days, and it just gives you the same voicemail with the memory full. How can you say you;re open and know one answers the phone. I am out of $10.65 smh. DONT BOTHER GOING. I usually actually really like this place. One of the better Chinese delivery options I've had. But.... it really sucks when they close their doors with no warning or notice to ANYONE. Signs and websites and everything says they should be open, but doors are locked, lights are off, and zero response to phone calls and attempts to reach out.

I placed an order online for pickup and paid with my card online. I go to the store to pick up my food and they were closed, when it says online that they are open at 11 on tuesdays. I check my account to see if the money was taken out, and it was. I didn’t get my food nor my money back. This is the worst experience. If it says that they’re open, don’t believe them because they aren’t reliable.

Disappointed. I placed a delivery order...never came...no one answers the phone. Won't order from them again.
