        I scheduled an appointment, but was unable to keep it due to an emergency with my son. I tried to call the number that called me to set up the appointment to reschedule, but got a message my call couldn't be completed. The sales lady showed up at my home and called me to see why I wasn't there. I apologized and asked to reschedule. I never got a call back. I was seriously interested in having new gutters installed. The saleslady was rude when I was not there to meet with her. I felt insulted by a comment she made about some other repair work that was a work in progress. I don't live in a fancy expensive home, but I can certainly pay for having the gutters installed. Disappointed no one ever called me back to reschedule.
