Spoiled Rockin Kidz

I have been taking my son here since his first haircut and we LOVE Ashlyn. However, we needed a last minute cut and Ashlyn wasnt available so we scheduled with Fabbie, thinking wed receive the same great service. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case. She was rude and huffed and puffed at any request my husband had or when my toddler was upset. I usually dont leave reviews like this but todays service was very unwelcoming.

Recently took my niece here for her first hair cut and we loved it! Shoutout to Mrs.Fabiola because she was amazing with her. She took time to let her warm up to her before she just started cutting her hair. She gave her a cute braid, and purple with glitter. Such an awesome experience. We walked in, waited about 5 minutes and then she let her pick which seat she wanted!

We wont be back there again after our last experience. Before I start, Id like to say the front desk lady and the blonde thats currently pregnant (cant remember her name) they are so sweet and friendly. Unfortunately, one bad apple they for some reason wont get rid of, has ruined it for them. It was my daughters birthday and all she wanted was her hair cut at that place bc its a fun experience for her. The lady she had cut her hair, shes beyond unfriendly. My 5 year old was trying to talk to her and she just looked at her rudely and wouldnt speak. She ruined it for us. The blonde lady was nice enough to come braid her hair for her though bc the one we had refused. Im not sure she knew how to do it anyways and she was rude so I was more than fine with her leaving us alone. Ive hesitated on posting but this is ridiculous. We have to pay to get her hair fixed after she messed it up. They say you get what you pay for, but theyre expensive so you would think people who work there would know what they were doing
