We stayed at Providence. AHI Corporate Housing was the best. They are very responsive and always got back to me immediately when I emailed them. The sign up process was easy and quick. The apartment was outfitted with everything! Everything was pristine clean and high quality. I would definitely use AHI again.

There are no words adequate to describe our experience with AHI Corporate Housing in Huntsville, AL. When we arrived we felt like we were special guests in someones home. Attention was focused on every detail. I even requested a desk and chair and it was there in the blink of an eye. BrittanyWallace will forever be our angel sent from above!! Our family experienced severe tragedy during our stay. Brittany was there for us to take care of any of our needs or just to email support and to check on us. That is a rare trait in an employee in a business of any kind! She actually treated us like family!! The apartment met our needs, was clean and very well decorated! I just can't say enough!! I highly recommend AHI for anyones housing needs. This is a very professional, high quality service company and I am quite particular about the needs of my family and myself! I stayed at 100 Colonial Lake Drive as part of a corporate housing agreement with AHI via Brittany Wallace, the General Manager for Huntsville. She was fantastic to work with, a professional in every regard, I couldn't recommend her and AHI enough. The apartment I stayed in was great, I was there for approximately three months or so, right at the onset of COVID-19, late February through mid-May. The unit I stayed in, apartment 125 was awesome. Very spacious, well laid out and it was very pleasantly decorated. Brittany's team set up one of the bedrooms to be able to function as an office per request, very applicable for the time-frame. AHI is by far the best corporate housing companies I've worked with throughout my career, they have units in a number of states. Easily a 10 of 10 for me, my stay and support from Brittany and her team were second to none!

Unfortunately for me, the apartment provided was in a smoking complex, so even though I was informed that the renter prior to me didnt smoke, the place absolutely reeked. By the time I was checking in, it was too late for any other options so I was stuck. I spent at least $100 on remedies to absorb the odor but with an upstairs neighbor who smoked, it was a losing battle. My mom came to visit and had to wash everything she brought when she got home because of the stench of her bag. I finally moved into my permanent apartment and have spent two days solid washing everything including my shower curtain, reusable bags and pot holders, not to mention literally all of my clothes. Had to throw out my pillows because they were unsalvageable. It was a miserable two months and its insanely depressing how much I spent for that. The furnishings themselves were fine, but I just felt gross in the bed and didnt sit on the couch because of how absorbed the smell was in everything. So so disappointing that they didnt do anything to remedy this situation. You cant call an apartment in a smoking complex non smoking. That is bogus.
