        They sent out this young boy who lied to me about my unit's condition. He told me that I had a wiring issue, when really he hot-wired my unit so that the outside unit is connected to the inside unit (Hot wire) making my unit run continuously. Now my outside unit has stopped working completely and I can't reach anyone at the office because this number 256-533-5031 doesn't work? What kind of company operates like this?

        Purchased 2 large systems from this company last year, and now cannot get them on the phone. I believe they are out of business.

        These guys got these 3, 1 star ratings from Jan. 2018 To the end of March. 2018. Those issues were resolved by March 1st 2018. A transition of management and technical difficulties occurred. These same guys and gals are dependable and fast! They will impress you everytime!!!
