Several issues here: Do yourself a favor and avoid. I called this company on a Friday and was told I would get a call back the next Monday, due to 5:00 approaching. I said "fine" and waited. A week later on Monday, I called them back and got a lame apology. He took down my info and I was told I would get a call back in 20 minutes...45 minutes later, I finally did get a call and a quote, that was over 300% MORE than the flyer stated. I received more lame excuses about why the cost was so much after I complained about "bait and switch" advertising. The agent said that even after he worked on the estimate to bring down the cost, he could not get it within 50% MORE than the flyer estimated. There were no issues on my end because I never file a claim, live within city limits and have a fire hydrant in my FRONT yard. If you want excuses, call these guys. If you want insurance, call someone else.
