        Cannot get the administrative person to follow up with the neurologist to get what she needs. Patient has seen the doctor and needed documentation has been made to file. It has taken over 3 months from time of consultation and the order has not been processed. Always excuse of waiting for notes from neurologist which is not true. There is something seriously wrong with how company does business.

        Absolutely love this place Aj and the team have taken good care of my daughter her orthotics are doing well and she is about to recieve her SDO for spinal and hip support can’t wait to see the progress she makes wearing it
