HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Wow! These guys were respectful, fast and efficient. You get way more than you pay for! Our house and deck look amazing! Go to their FB and see our white, two-story for proof! They are our go-to from here on out. As a woman, an additional action I absolutely love, is when they arrive and knock on your door, they step down and away from the door so you feel safe opening it to greet them. I appreciate that so much. Keep up the great work, fellas!

If you are looking for someone to wash the outside of your home look no further than K.O.S Power Washing. Cody and his team have done an excellent job on my home and wood deck. I honestly thought that I had to purchase new soffit since I personally couldnt get the stains off or either take them down to paint them but K.O.S came in and cleaned it all up to look like new. I have a white exterior home and now you have to put on sunglasses when pulling up to it because its so bright. The wood decking is like new wood again. I only wish that I had gotten this done sooner. Thank you K.O.S

KOS did a great job! They did a soft wash which I didnt understand until they did it. I have a sanded cream colored brick and it had some black mold build up that I could not remove and the brick cannot be pressure washed. They we able to remove it without damaging the brick and looks wonderful. I was thrilled. KOS Completed the house, patio, and drive in 2.5 hours! The crew was kind courteous and professional.
