I have used Rosenblum to manage rental property and to sell rental property. They have been superb. I worked directly with Nate Woodall for a recent sale and he was able to manage the relationship between me, the buyer and the renter and get maximum value for the house with a very quick closing. For rental management, they did a great job of finding a multi year renter within a few days of listing and proactively managed the property with me and the renter. They have great access to a variety of reasonably priced vendors that quickly come to resolve any issues with the house during the renting process. They are a great company and I am glad that I have been able to work with them.

I personally had a bad experience with Rosenblum from start to finish. They were very unprofessional, accused me of not paying rent when in reality they lost my money order. After moving from property I received a call from one of the agents coming at me crazy because I didn’t leave the property “move-in ready” after I left. Apparently they expected to not have to do anything once I moved, going as far as wanting me to get the carpet cleaned, etc. I had to move out their property & into my new place the day before my lease was up so that was unrealistic to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend Rosenblum or ever do business with them again!

As first time home buyers, my husband and I were nervous when it came to the entire process of purchasing a home. After scheduling our first home viewing over Zillow, we were connected with Carey Rosenblum (and we are forever thankful.) Carey is knowledgeable, quick to respond to texts and phone calls, arrives early to every home viewing and necessary meeting, answers questions at all hours of the day and night, he's extremely professional, and always made sure that my husband and I had everything we needed. We will be referring all of our friends and family to Carey Rosenblum. Thank you so much for all you do!

Mike Archard with Rosenblum Realty was great to work with! My partner and I recently moved to the Huntsville area and were looking to purchase our first home. Prior to contacting Rosenblum Realty I had done maybe 30 minutes of research on how to buy a house. Needless to say, I had no idea what I was doing, but Mike was able to walk me through the entire process and explain to me everything I needed to purchase our home. Mike found us the perfect house within three days of arriving in Huntsville. The closing process was easy and Mike ensured everything that needed to be taken care of regarding the inspection and other tasks were handled. Even after closing Mike has been very responsive with answering any questions we have and recommending companies to help take care of standard household tasks. If I could give Mike and Rosenblum Realty more than five stars I would!

Patti Weaver was a gift to us during a crazy, busy move to the Huntsville area. She was patient as we figured out exactly what we wanted, sent us lots of options and gave us great information about the area. Patti answered texts and phone calls quickly and bent over backwards to show us homes when we were available to do so, even if it meant a marathon shopping day! She was a valuable resource to us, who knew very little about the area, without being pushy or overbearing. I truly felt that she was on our side, our advocate in every way!
