On Deck IT Services

Would be easier to try their services if either listed phone line numbers actually worked. Tried to email them and never heard back. Is this listing closed and needs updated or do they just not want business?

I would highly recommend On Desk IT Services. Russell has successfully and quickly cleaned up problems on three of my family's laptops. I referred him to a friend who was thrilled with the "debugging" he was able to do with her desktop computer.

Responsive, professional, & technical expertise. Russell showed up when scheduled or called when he was delayed. He addressed every electronic matter we had, including television services. Finally, home service comparable to top notch, in-house commercial I/T support.

My computer was freezing when updated or downloading.Took my computer here after another business told me it was fine and nothing was wrong with it. Russel asked mt a lot a questions to help determine the issue and actually seemed like he wanted to help, and not just take my money last the last place. I would definatley recommend these guys to everyone!! Kept me well informed of the progress on my comp. These guys rock!!
