image They care more for money than the patient. They refuse service to other family members if they are cash only. They also dont always follow up when they say they will. Do not recommend.
Edit: Affordability was not an issue which is why I wanted to pay UP FRONT. Also I couldnt reach out to my provider, because you didnt take them. This is why I offered cash up front for any services rendered. It was a doctor there who asked me to follow up and I did, at least two different times and never received a response. This is hands down the second worst practice I have been to in my entire life and I have lived in many states.
TLDR:
My experience:
-Unprofessional behavior from the front desk (very rude) and 1 doctor.
-Did not follow up like they said they would on 2 occasions.
-Customer support from this practice has been poor, felt non-existent and they have a lack of follow through.

Hello,We regret your sentiment, but can assure you we care a great deal about our patients. Our decision regarding not taking cash pay patients was largely due to our past experience of patients, at times, being unable to afford labs or imaging that the Providers found important. This lead to a dilemma in providing quality care, and also the liability of incomplete work ups. Urgent care settings often have a fee for service schedule that can meet the needs of this population. As far as not following up, I would encourage you to reach out to your provider or clinical team for assistance. Thank you.

image Dr. Bodla has been my Primary for close to 10 years. Trusting your Dr. is one of the most important decisions we make. When you have a Dr. who puts your care in their hands and makes sure all resources are available could one day save your life, just as he did mine. You could say I have not only trusted him with my life but my Families as well. I cannot say enough good things about my favorite Dr. A Dr. who listens, understands and cares. Thank you Dr. Bodla, you are appreciated.

Thank you so much for the kind review, and being on this journey with us. 10 years! Our "old school" patients are very special to us, we miss that small family feel some days. Growth certainly has ups and downs; it's an incredible honor to have this patient relationship. Looking back, we spent most of those years drawing blood in a lab/storage room =)... you must have experienced that and decided to keep coming back. It may seem like a small gesture, but it is a morale boost. We got into this to do what we love, provide the best healthcare we can. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us, and hope to continue this relationship for many years to come. We will be sure to send this to Dr. Bodla. Have a good night!

image So I recently had an experience at this doctor's office and I have to say ,it was quite disappointing. They focus more on collecting funds then your well being , the front desk ladies are rude the nurse practitioner made me feel like I was bothering her had a rude demeanor about herself , I'm a paying customer in if you think ima be paying a $100 copay to come in your establishment to be treated rudely from the front desk to the nurse practitioner and the doctor himself I will highly recommend if you looking for a doctor and establishment who care about their patients this is not one of them they more concern on collecting money not your health or treating the patient with the up most respect !!!

We regret that your experience was less than optimal. Your copay or deductible is determined by your insurance, not us, and it does not impact how we treat or interact with our patients. We strive to treat all guests with respect and compassion as they trust us with their health. We do expect that patients share in treating our Staff and Providers with the same level of kindness and respect. We wish you well.

image I moved to Huntsville a year ago and was having health issues. When you are trying to find a doctor in a new town it is not easy to do. I called several doctor offices and ended up getting an appointment with Madison Primary Care. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. I was seen by the nurse practitioner first and she was helpful and listen to my concerns. Dr. Bodla came into the room next. Dr. Bodla was all business about my health and listens very well to any concerns that I had and he has a great sense of humor as well. I feel that I got lucky finding this doctors office. Ive been back once since then because of the flu and Dr. Bodla joked a little and gave me a few instructions for the next few days to help get me well again. I highly recommend Madison Primary Care.

That is an excellent read on Dr. Bodla! He can be intense with the health of his patients... once you crack that shell you will come to know how much he cares about his patients, and takes pride in building relationships with them. We are the lucky ones, we have a great group of patients that makes our work very fulfilling. Thank you and have a great night. We will be sure to share this with Dr. Bodla.
