        I was given a gate access code via online and it did not work. I was then given a temp code that worked only for one day! Furthermore, had issues accessing the gate on a Saturday and was told that a supervisor has to come out and inspect the gate but they do not work on weekends with no solutions on what to do with my belongings and complete disregard for the fact that I was on a timed U-Haul rental. It has been 12 hours and I still have not gotten a call back nor an update on the status of the gate and I am scheduled to leave town in less than an hour. There is no local employees to communicate issues or resolved problem. Please do not use this storage property.

        Security and safety for customers is terrible. My unit was broken into and a substantial monetary value was stolen. They have security cameras but they are not in service. Many customers I have spoken to have been broken into. I belive its an inside job as much as it has happened. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
