My family has always used Long Lewis to rent our vehicles when we go on vacation. The vehicles are always so clean and you can tell they take great care of them. My problem is with the customer service. I can never get ahold of anyone there on the phone and they are never friendly when I go inside either. I put in a request over a month ago for a vehicle and no one ever called me. I called 3 times during this month of waiting, at different times of the day to make sure I wasn’t calling when they were busy, and they would never answer. I finally went up there and was told that the online rental tool is not a good tool. I do not think they should have the tool as an option if no one will call you back. Again, we have had great experiences with Long Lewis rental, but the customer service and follow up is always lacking.
